Heira is an enthusiastic co-operator, she spent more than 25 years working with cooperatives whether as an employee, in management or board of directors. She is highly skilled in non-profit organisations, cooperatives and social enterprises, women empowerment and youth development. With her expertise, she works on various projects with the government, NGOs and the community. She co-founded MyCoolClass.com, a teacher-owned learning platform coop based in the UK. She loves to work with the Post Growth Institute a sociocratic non-profit organisation based in the USA, staying at home and cuddling with her family is her favourite moment
